Koty Pearse, a Signal Mountain native, is an invaluable assistant to our Clients and Team in the role we affectionately call “Runner”. He handles everything from sign and key installation to helping Clients with logistical needs around their transaction. He is the personification of “second-mile service”, going above and beyond at every opportunity for Clients and strangers alike. Surpassing industry standards, Koty has distinguished himself in his Todd Henon Properties work, while also being a full-time student, pursuing a Biology degree at Chattanooga State. Koty is dedicated to exceptional service, which is to the benefit of our valued Clients our company, and our community.
