PART-TIME POSITION: SUPPORT SERVICES for TOP REAL ESTATE COMPANY 

Top 1% Chattanooga Real Estate firm seeks assistant for field and administrative support to company and Clients.

Todd Henon Properties has an immediate opening for a part-time Support Services Assistant: “Runner”. Excellent position for college student to work in professional environment, gain hands-on business experience, and customize schedule to accommodate academics. The Runner performs of variety of tasks inside and outside office and should contribute to Team dynamics by being flexible, positive, professional, able to meet Team’s diverse needs. The Runner is expected to positively represent company brand on and off site. Absolute confidentiality with all client and proprietary company information is a must.

Role Responsibilities:

Provide exceptional operational support to top-producing real estate team including but not limited to:

  • Install, maintain, and monitor high quality yard and directional signage
  • Deliver documents and property materials
  • Responsible for storage unit contents, inventory levels, and organization
  • Miscellaneous errands and tasks
  • Assist with data entry, research as needed
  • Event assistance and execution as needed
  • Ensure positive Client experience by maintaining an environment in which all Clients are handled at the highest level of professionalism and care
  • Reports to Director of Client Services, Angela Volner

Requirements:

  • Frequent manual labor.
  • Must be able to lift at least 50 pounds.
  • Must have reliable transportation and access to vehicle to transport large signage.
  • Business-casual and company branded attire required.

Ideal Qualities:

  • Flexible and efficient in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work with little supervision.
  • Comfortable with power tools and manual labor.
  • Detail and deadline-oriented, organized, mature, strong technology literacy, well-developed interpersonal and communication skills, self-starter, trustworthy with confidential information.
  • Previous administrative or real estate experience preferred, but not required.

Work/Hours/Safety:

  • Part-time with estimated 8 hours minimum/20 hours maximum per week, based on company’s needs and Runner’s availability.
  • Most work to take place within regular office hours (8:30-5:30 M-F).
  • Company will attempt to accommodate employee’s preferred schedule.
  • Once a schedule has been determined, prompt adherence to the schedule is required.
  • Assistant should inform Director of Client Services in a timely manner should any sick days or interruption of schedule be unavoidable.

Compensation:

  • This is an independent contractor position with an hourly rate of $16/hour paid twice monthly by direct deposit.
  • Bonus potential for top performers.
  • Reimbursement for mileage (at government rate) and company expenses are included.
