With more than 35 years of experience, Cheryl is one of only two Tennessee professionals certified as a Master in Residential Marketing by the National Association of Home Builders. She brings the highest level of expertise to preparing and marketing our Clients’ properties toward a timely and profitable sale. Earning her real estate license in 2015, Cheryl has served thousands of Clients with her extraordinary expertise, attention to detail, and passion for “white glove” service.
Originally from the Florida Panhandle, Cheryl relocated to Chattanooga in 1999 and it has been her “hometown” ever since. Drawn by its vibrant community and scenic surroundings, she deeply values the unique balance Chattanooga offers between urban growth and natural beauty. She resides in Red Bank with her son and enjoys researching her family history and studying Italian in anticipation of a bucket-list trip!
