Koty Pearse, a Signal Mountain native, is an invaluable assistant to our Clients and Team in the role we affectionately call “Runner”. With skill, he handles everything from sign and key installation to helping Clients with logistical needs around their transactions. He is the personification of “second-mile service”…going above and beyond at every opportunity for our Clients, colleagues, and community. Koty has distinguished himself in his Todd Henon Properties work, while also being a full-time student, pursuing a Biology degree at Chattanooga State.
