Savannah earned her Realtor’s license in 2011 and puts it to good use as an invaluable member of our Operations Team. She specializes in local market data analysis and customized searches for hard-to-find-properties. Digging well beyond the MLS and Zillow, Savannah maximized her experience, expertise, extensive network, and digital “sleuthing” skills to give our Clients a competitive edge. Her logistical support and creative solutions for our Clients’ needs large and small, include identifying county regulations, coordinating home repairs, and vetting vendors. A born-and-bred Chattanoogan and proud Baylor School grad, she holds an Associates Degree in Business from Chattanooga State. She loves to spend time with her husband and two daughters cultivating her flower and vegetable gardens on their mountaintop acreage.
