CLIENT CARE MANAGER provides white glove service to our Sellers, serves as their primary point of contact, creatively maximizes
technology to develop compelling property listings, and assists in walking Sellers successfully through their journey.

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES:
● Primary point of contact for current and future Clients, interfacing with and building relationships by phone, in writing,
and in person.
● Maximize inquiries and leads by utilizing Customer Relationship Management tool.
● Work alongside our Sales, Contracts, and Marketing Teams for seamless Client experience.
● Coordinate and maximize professional photography, videography, and staging.
● Work with marketing team to build compelling digital property listing presentations.
● Manage part-time assistant.
● Opportunity to serve as showing Agent if licensed.
REQUIREMENTS:
● Operational, marketing or administrative experience in a fast-paced environment.
● Bachelor’s degree or higher preferred.
● Real estate license may be required after 1 year, tuition covered by Todd Henon Properties ($3,000± value).
● Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, GSuite, and CRM.
SCHEDULE
● 8:30am – 5:30pm Monday – Friday
● In-office position, Downtown Chattanooga
● Occasional after-hours and weekend phone coverage
COMPENSATION PACKAGE
● Salary, Bonus Program potential, Retirement & Health Benefits, Showing Agent & Referral fees (if licensed)
● Real estate license may be required after 12 months; tuition covered by employer (=$3,000± value)
● Paid Time Off: 9 holidays,10 vacation days annually +2 days accrued for each year of service, “Virtual Office” (work
