Opportunity to join established Top 1% Chattanooga-based real estate team, serving TN, GA, and AL for 3 decades. Client Care Professional collaborates with Team to serve Clients at the highest and most effective level. Full-time position; company may consider part-time or contract role.
ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Serve as point of contact for current and future Clients, interfacing with and building relationships by phone, in writing, and in person.
- Creatively, effectively, and efficiently solve complex problems for Client benefit in varying scenarios.
- Field inquiries and leads by utilizing Customer Relationship Management tool and ensure task completion and follow up.
- Work alongside Sales, Contracts, and Marketing Teams for seamless Client experience.
- Liaise daily with Realtors, vendors, and industry professionals.
- Develop expert knowledge regarding local market conditions and trends.
- Coordinate appointments and property visits on behalf of Team members.
- Represent company on and off site.
- Assist with Client Care campaigns and events as needed.
- Assist President and Team members with select assignments.
- Assist Sales Team with Client showings, inquiries, offers, and documentation, as needed and only if licensed.
- Assist in building high-quality, innovative property listings including thoughtful and complete remarks, contextual maps, photography, videography, documentation, etc.
- Embody THP Mission and Core Values, representing company on and off-site
REQUIREMENTS:
- Operational or Administrative experience in a demanding and challenging environment, with a focus on Client service.
- Real Estate experience a plus.
- Real estate license or commitment to obtain after 6 months of successful service. Tuition covered by Todd Henon Properties ($3,000± value).
- Bachelor’s degree or higher preferred.
- Creates and upholds a positive and consistent, gold-standard Client experience.

BENEFITS/SCHEDULE:
- Full-time, in-office position. 8:30am – 5:30pm Monday – Friday
- Due to the 24/7 nature of real estate industry, after-hours/weekend accessibility and email coverage on a rotating basis with other team members
- Base salary with bonus program for top performers. Consideration after 6 months of successful employment.
- Real estate license required after 6 months of successful service; tuition covered by Todd Henon Properties ($3,000± value)
- Health Insurance with a portion covered by Todd Henon Properties
- Retirement Plan with company contribution after twelve months of successful employment
- Includes weekend and weeknight phone and email monitoring on a rotating basis.
