The Runner performs a variety of tasks inside and outside office and should contribute to Team dynamics by being flexible, positive, professional, able to meet Team’s diverse needs. The Runner is expected to positively represent company brand on and off site. Absolute confidentiality with all client and proprietary company information is a must.

CLIENT CARE MANAGER provides white glove service to our Sellers, serves as their primary point of contact, creatively maximizes
technology to develop compelling property listings, and assists in walking Sellers successfully through their journey.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Creatively maximize company and properties marketing via high-end photography, videography, collaterals, signage, advertising, social media, digital newsletter, website, radio show, community relations, etc.
- Maximize company CRM
- Work alongside Sales, Contracts, and Operations Teams for seamless Client experience.
- Direct and maximize property photography and videography sessions, utilizing staging best practices as determined by THP standards
- Plan and execute company-sponsored events
- Stay current on local and national real estate market, trends, technologies, and best practices
- Embody THP Mission and Core Values, representing company on and off-site
REQUIREMENTS:
- Previous marketing, sales, customer service or operations experience
- Experience maximizing digital, print, and visual communications to drive and support sales
- Graphic design proficiency (Adobe, Canva, etc.)
- Real Estate experience a plus
- Bachelor’s degree or higher preferred
- Excellent organizational and prioritization skills, with absolute confidentiality with all Client and company information
- Remarkable communication skills, both verbal and written, that demonstrate the highest level of professionalism
- Create and maintain a gold-standard Client experience
- Natural innovator, self-starter, problem solver, people lover, and team contributor in a highly dynamic work

SCHEDULE
- 8:30am – 5:30pm Monday – Friday
- In-office position, Downtown Chattanooga
- Occasional after-hours and weekend phone coverage
