RESPONSIBILITIES
- Effectively manages sales functions including determining Client needs, identifying/researching/showing properties, strategically negotiating, preparing paperwork, writing and negotiating offers, attend closing, and more.
- Prospects for and develops own sphere of influence
- Converts company-provided leads
- Initiates frequent and systematic Client and leads communications
- Researches opportunities and provide thoughtful, data-driven information for Clients to make informed decisions
- Provides Clients contracts analysis to assist in meeting terms, conditions, and dates
- Establishes and maintains relationships with industry professionals: Realtors, attorneys, lenders, appraisers, etc.
- Stays current on local and national real estate market, trends, technologies, and best practices
- Participates in weekly Team and Sales meetings
- Maximizes company database (CRM)
REQUIREMENTS
- Real estate licensed in TN and GA (AL license preferred) having sold $5+ million in a 12-month period.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher preferred.
- Maintains active, good standing licensure and completes industry trainings (minimum 1 per quarter).
- Creates and upholds a positive and consistent, gold-standard Client experience.
- Natural innovator, self-starter, problem solver, people lover, and team contributor in a highly-dynamic work environment.
- Leads by example in integrity, strategic thinking, passion for excellence, work ethic.
- Thrives in fast-paced, deadline and detail-oriented team environment in an industry that requires immediacy and accessibility.
- Excellent organizational and prioritization skills, with absolute confidentiality with all Client and company information.
- Has remarkable communication skills, both verbal or written, that demonstrate the highest level of professionalism and care even in complex scenarios
- Very comfortable with technology including Microsoft Office, GSuite, and experience with CRM or similar sales tracking system.
SCHEDULE
- Downtown Chattanooga THP Office is Open 8:30am – 5:30pm Monday – Friday
- As independent contractor, Realtor is able to set own schedule while communicating availability with Team
- Attend in-person weekly sales and team meetings (Current = 2 per week)
