The Runner performs a variety of tasks inside and outside office and should contribute to Team dynamics by being flexible, positive, professional, able to meet Team’s diverse needs. The Runner is expected to positively represent company brand on and off site. Absolute confidentiality with all client and proprietary company information is a must.

IDEAL QUALITIES:
Flexible and efficient in a fast-paced environment with little supervision. Previous administrative or real estate experience preferred, but not required. Detail and deadline-oriented, organized, mature, strong technology literacy, well-developed communication skills, self-starter, trustworthy with confidential information. Comfortable with power tools and manual labor.
ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provide exceptional operational support to top-producing real estate team including but not limited to:
- Ensure positive Client experience by maintaining an environment in which all Clients are handled at the
highest level of professionalism and care - Maintain organized and up to date records including but not limited to Sortly app, Signage Map, etc.
- Install, maintain, and monitor high quality signage
- Responsible for storage unit contents, inventory levels, and organization
- Deliver documents and property materials to Clients and vendors
- Assist Listing Team with online property promotion, as needed
- Perform research, data entry, special projects, event assistance and execution
- Offer “Disruptive Innovation” to Team, bringing new technologies, fresh approaches, and efficient tools
- Reports to Vice President
REQUIREMENTS:
Frequent manual labor. Must be able to lift at least 50 pounds and comfortable with power tools. Must have reliable transportation and access to vehicle to transport large signage. Business-casual dress and company-provided branded attire required. Extremely proficient with technology. Completion of a Confidentiality Statement and acknowledgment of the Company Handbook required. Given the role’s varied responsibilities and depth of training required, we ask this position to commit to a minimum of one year, offer at least four weeks’ (six preferred) notice, and assist in training a qualified replacement to support a smooth transition.
HOURS/COMPENSATION:
Part-time employee with hourly rate ($15-17/hr), paid twice monthly by direct deposit. Reimbursement for mileage at government rate and company expenses. Bonus potential for top performers. Part- time with estimated 10-20 hours average per week, based on company’s needs and team member’s availability. Flexible hours with most work to take place within regular office hours (8:30-5:30 M-F). Company will attempt to accommodate employee’s preferred schedule. Once a schedule has been determined, prompt adherence to the schedule is required. Assistant should inform supervisor in timely manner should any sick days or interruption of schedule be unavoidable
VEHICLE/INSURANCE:
Team Member will request from their automobile insurance company that Todd Henon Properties (“THP”) be an “also named”, on the auto policy, verification of such coverage shall be provided to THP administrative staff at each and every auto policy renewal term, and shall assume all responsibility for actions.
