Opportunity to join established Top 1% Chattanooga-based real estate team, serving TN, GA, and AL for 3 decades. Licensed Sales Assistant collaborates with Realtors and Team Members to serve Clients at the highest and most effective level including sales research, showing properties, communications, and administrative functions.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Effectively support sales functions including determining Client needs, identifying/researching/showing properties, preparing and completing required paperwork, and attending closings
- Work alongside internal Sales, Marketing, Contracts, and Client Service Teams
- Assist in converting company-provided leads into sales opportunities
- Initiate frequent, systematic, and substanative Client communications
- Research opportunities and provides thoughtful, data-driven information for Clients to make informed decisions
- Establish and maintain relationships with industry professionals: Realtors, attorneys, lenders, appraisers, etc.
- Stay current on local and national real estate market, trends, technologies, and best practices
- Participate in weekly Team and Sales Meetings
- Embody THP Mission and Core Values, representing company on and off-site.
REQUIREMENTS
- Sales, sales support, administrative, or similar industry experience required.
- Real Estate license in TN and GA preferred. If not licensed, agrees to pursue licensure within the first 30 days of employment, expenses paid by Todd Henon Properties.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher preferred.
- Maintains active, good standing licensure and completes industry trainings (minimum 1 per quarter).
- Creates and upholds a positive and consistent, gold-standard Client experience.

- Very comfortable with technology including Microsoft Office, GSuite, and experience with CRM or similar sales tracking system.
SCHEDULE
- Full-time, in-office position
- 8:30am – 5:30pm Monday – Friday
- Includes weekend and weeknight phone and email monitoring on a rotating basis.
